Hello from WellHome!
We take a holistic approach that honors the mind-body connection and supports sustainable, long-term wellness. Beyond therapy, we advocate for clients' quality of life through assistance with accommodations, accessibility, emotional support animals, FMLA, and care coordination. We strive to reduce stigma, build autonomy, and create shared, respectful relationships that enable lasting change.
What “Trauma-Informed” Means at WellHome
Trauma can show up in different ways. For some people, it’s connected to specific experiences. For others, it appears through patterns or symptoms — often described as anxiety, panic, PTSD, chronic stress, depression, or emotional overwhelm.
You might recognize it as:
• feeling “never enough” while growing up
• constant stress, pressure, or fear of disappointing others
• persistent anxiety, worry, or fear of disappointing others
• living in chaotic or emotionally unpredictable environments
• ongoing shame, criticism, or lack of emotional support
• relationship loss, medical challenges, or major life transitions
These experiences affect how we think, feel, and respond — often without us realizing it.
At WellHome, you’re met with empathy, not judgment. We focus on safety, collaboration, and moving at your pace. We honor your story, help you understand your patterns with compassion, and support you in building a life that feels calmer, more connected, and more in your control.
You don’t need a dramatic backstory to deserve healing. You just need a place where your experiences are taken seriously — and where you’re not alone in navigating them.
